Please fill out the school lunch form (Family Income Inquiry).
The lunch form responses are used to determine whether a school is Title 1. Being designated as Title 1 School gives our school Federal Funding for programs (such as afterschool, art programs, and grant opportunities). We need 100% participation to get funding for our school. EVERYONE should return the form and include everyone living in your household. The easiest way to submit the forms are online:
